Setting Up Parts Return Reasons Using Express Setup
This feature allows you to set up and edit parts return reason codes. The entries you set up appear in credit memos.
To set up Return Reason codes
- Select Dashboards > Quick Start from the menu bar.
- Click on the Express Setup link from the lower right corner of the screen.
- or -
Select Help > Express Setup from the menu bar.
- Click on the Parts - Return Reasons link under Repair Management.
- Edit the information in the screen, and then select Save and Close from the toolbar.
Note: This option can also be accessed through Express Setup by selecting Setup Parts from the Parts section.
